Currently, seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our team. The Commercial Account Executive is responsible for prospecting, soliciting, quoting, and selling new business & renewal accounts. We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Lines Account Executive who is eager to generate new sales and attract new Commercial Lines prospects.

Essential Job Functions

  • Generate new leads and new sales opportunities, negotiate with potential clients, and close sales to achieve goals.
  • Maintain knowledge about company's products, procedures, and services
  • Evaluate customer’s needs and wants.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers throughout the communities we serve.
  • Develop effective "out of the box" sales strategies.
  • Build a book of business for renewal income.
  • Following up with leads to secure and maintain business

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of commercial insurance industry experience
  • RIBO license required
  • CIP, CRM or CAIB an asset or working towards an insurance designation
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Client Service Rep - Personal Lines & Account Manager - Commercial Lines

Essential Job Functions

  • Create a positive client experience by understanding and meeting the customers’ needs
  • Processing and reviewing renewal / endorsements / re-marketing
  • Assist clients through the claims process
  • Deliver excellent service by responding to all client inquiries accurately and efficiently
  • Contribute to team success by consistently leveraging knowledge and sharing best practices
  • Building relationships in a dynamic culture with insurers and underwriters

Requirements

  • RIBO License is required
  • Minimum of 2 years insurance industry experience
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
