    Since first joining the insurance industry in 1993, Jack has worked hard to bring value, service and expertise to his clientele. With a particular strength in the commercial insurance sector, Jack was Vice President of Commercial sales for a large regional brokerage prior to opening FENA’s door’s for business in 2006.

    Jack is particularly proud of the relationships he has formed over the years and is proud of the quality of people that form the FENA organization.

    Account Executive

    Peter Maiuri brings well rounded experience and knowledge to the clients he services daily. Peter specializes in mid to large commercial business following his success with national and global account management.  As our economy evolves, so does the insurance industry.  To stay ahead of the change and keep his client’s protected, Peter continues to take steps to be educated to pass this to all clients.  As an honours graduate of Brock University's Business Administration (BBA) program, a Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP), and a Canadian Risk Manager (CRM), Peter delivers value with a professional focus on client needs.

    George Migdanalevros is an Account Executive with over 11 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. In addition, he has many years of experience managing commercial property. George graduated from Brock University with a degree in Business Administration. George is a dependable person and brings forth quality service to handle your Personal and Commercial needs.

  • Joe Talarico

    Account Executive

    Joe Talarico joins FENA following his many years of experience in customer service. With a particular focus on contractors, manufacturers and the hospitality industry, Joe’s ambitious and energetic personality is what his clients can depend on to assist in obtaining a tailored personal or business insurance program. Joe’s community involvement includes countless hours volunteering with community groups such as “NOVA House” and the City of Niagara Falls “Parks and Recreation”.

  • Rick Rampado

    Senior Commercial Account Executive

    Rick started in the insurance industry in 1982 after graduating with an honours BA in Business Administration.

    In 1987, he was Vice President and one of two founding partners of a large regional brokerage before selling in 2008. He has since continued as a Senior Commercial Account Executive, focused on bringing value, service and expertise to all his valued clients. Rick has joined forces with FENA Insurance Solutions to continue providing his experience and client focus to existing and future clients

  • Christopher Emanuele

    Account Executive

    Christopher is a Graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Finance and Insurance with a minor in Management. Following graduation, he was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in 2006 and played 5 years in the minor league system. This time gave him the ability and drive to succeed in life and business. As an Account Executive that will be working with both personal and commercial insurance, Christopher will utilize his experience as an entrepreneur and his time in the Wine industry.

    Account Executive

    Since joining the insurance industry in 1992, Lissa prides herself on offering the highest level of client service. Her striving and reaching for such high standards has served her well in her previous experience as a CSR and now as an Account Executive with FENA. Her ethics, dedication, and ability to build relationships is why Lissa has succeeded in helping clients with both their personal and commercial insurance needs. As a community volunteer and lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, Lissa's devotion to her husband and two children exemplify the principles in her accomplishments and makes her a perfect fit to the FENA family.

  • Paula Armstrong

    Account Executive

    Paula began her career in 1991 after graduating from the Business and Insurance Program at Mohawk College, working 10 years in personal lines sales and service for a reputable Insurance company. Following her time on the company side, she joined the broker force in 2001 as a personal and commercial insurance Account Executive. Paula brings many years of insurance knowledge and experience as well as superior customer service to FENA. As a resident of Caledonia for the past 20 years with 2 children, she is excited to be part of the recently opened FENA Insurance Solutions office in Caledonia.

    Account Executive

    With 30 years in the Retail Customer Service sector and 9 years in the Insurance industry, Michael believes that insurance should not be based on premium alone, rather proper coverage. He values communication with his clients to help make informed suggestions, and places importance on long-lasting relationships built on trust, confidence and results. He specializes in Personal Lines Insurance and has the experience to help both Small Business Owners and Independent Contractors.

  • Ray Pelletier

    Account Executive

    Ray has over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate industry spanning from cities such as Niagara Falls, Kitchener-Waterloo and London. He has a natural knack for leadership as he was the former President of the Lions Club in Niagara Falls, Kingston and London. With a strong customer services background and a familiarity with the region, he understands individual clients’ needs and puts the relationship at the forefront of his business endeavors. He is on the Baseball Wall of Fame and has worked with the Blue Jays Organization in amateur sports. His breadth of experience makes him a valuable member of the FENA team.

  • Akhil Lalwani

    Account Executive

    Akhil is a well-rounded and ambitious individual who believes in delivering exceptional customer service and creating long-lasting client relationships. Through his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Brock University, Akhil has developed optimal problem solving and critical thinking skills, which, combined with his friendly and approachable nature, makes Akhil well-equipped to service all your Personal Insurance needs.

    Account Executive

    Sandra brings over 17 years’ experience in the insurance industry specialising in commercial/business insurance to her clients’ benefit and success. Sandra is committed to educating her clients on the highest quality insurance products and options available to them. She brings to each client interaction an abundance of energy and creativity with a dedicated eye for detail. 

    Sandra offers her clients invaluable insight into the process of building their insurance portfolio, working together as a team. The 5 Star experience and partnership working with Sandra is second to none. 

    As a long time Niagara resident Sandra feels strongly about supporting the community she and her family live in. The importance of shopping local and actively volunteering with community agencies keeps her roots to the region loyal and strong.

    Nicholas Muraco has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Co-op (Honours) from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University. With a major in Finance and experience in the financial services industry, Nicholas enjoys working with data and is a highly detailed individual. Nicholas places great importance on relationships and believes that they are at the pinnacle of providing an exceptional service. With a focus on Commercial Insurance, Nicholas works tightly with his clients to manage risk and deliver value.

    Director of Business Development and Operations

    Michael is a seasoned leader in the Finance sector with over 30 years’ experience in business development and strategy on both sides of the Atlantic, helping companies through periods of organic and acquisition-based growth. He has been involved in the successful delivery of 7 post merger business integrations. Working with Boards he has developed and then delivered successful annual and strategic plans, managing strategic portfolios across most areas of the Financial Industry (Retail Banking, Commercial, Mortgages, Financial Planning, Leasing and Insurance). Michael is passionate about leadership and mentoring, and still lectures and speaks on key topics for future leaders.

  • Brenda Robinson

    Operations and Commercial Account Manager

    For over 30 years Brenda has built a foundation of diverse experience and technical knowledge in the insurance industry specializing in Commercial Lines and Surety. She is committed to building relationships with our clients and putting that knowledge to work for them. FENA’s operations are also managed by Brenda following her tenure as Vice President of Commercial lines with a large brokerage in Niagara. She ensures everyone on the FENA Team has the resources and know-how to deliver the best service and expertise.

    Personal Lines Account Manager

    Joe Marinelli is an ambitious and dependable individual who believes that not all insurance policies are created the same. His goal is to create a Home and Automobile Insurance policy for his clients that truly meets their daily needs. He is able to accomplish this from his educational background in Business Accounting. As well, he possesses many years of experience with customer service allowing Joe to work with clients optimally, whether in person, by phone or email. With Joe as your contact, you will never feel like a number at FENA but always feel like a client.

    After graduating in 1990 from the University of Guelph with his Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree, Jason utilized his entrepreneurial spirit by starting and operating several successful businesses. In 1999, Jason decided to bring his expertise to the financial services industry. Jason has successfully completed many industry courses including becoming a Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC). Specializing in comprehensive Business Planning Services, Jason has a passion for assisting business owners. It is his entrepreneurial background and unique ability to recognize and understand the complex issues related to the corporate world.

    As a professional CPA-CGA, Phil prides himself on being a trusted advisor and leader in the development and execution of organizational strategy and value creation.  With a career that has spanned over 20 years, Phil has acquired a broad and diverse skill set which has enabled him to successfully lead the Accounting and Finance activities of companies for which he has served.  Phil is driven by Integrity, Values and a passion to build and foster positive and mutually rewarding relationships aligning himself with FENA’s philosophy and approach to delivering exceptional client service.
